Toolbox Brewing Wild Beer Dinner Pairing
Toolbox Brewing Company from San Diego is making the trip north with some of their small batch sours and saisons.
These barrel aged and barrel fermented beers are extremely rare and are being handpicked by the brewer to represent a wide range of the their beer which will also include some limited barrel batched beers.
The dinner will include seven beers paired with five courses of Belgian inspired cuisine hosted by the brewer and blender himself in the Tivoli sour room. We will also be sharing small amounts other examples of the saison/wild ale style as a treat for those who attend the dinner.
The cost is $80 dollars per person including tax and gratuity.
