The Alameda County Healthy Homes Department is pleased to announce there is a Lead Hazard Repair Grant available designed to assist low-income homeowners and owners of properties occupied by low-income tenants. The Department now has Lead Hazard Repair Grants up to $10,000 per unit to address lead hazards on Pre-1978 properties located in Alameda County, and is now accepting applications. *If owner lives in one of the units, owners unit either needs to be occupied by a child under six years old or a pregnant woman, or have a child under six visiting a significant amount of time.
