Red Barn Concert

For the past 5 years a collective group of people, have been organizing the Red Barn Concert. Our goal is to raise money for local charities. Red barn is a collaborated evening of music, film, camping, kids activities, food and community. The property is a 40 acre farm with many friendly animals such as horses, cows, chickens, goats, and even a peacock. The music takes place in the signature red barn, an intimate venue with a warmth and uniqueness that gives the Red Barn Concert its wonderful charm. The property also includes a bonfire area that can accommodate a large group of people that after the main event transforms into a beautiful moonlit and fire lit speakeasy, surrounded by a natural prairie landscape. This year will be our first year of short films added to the festivities; we are extremely excited to be working alongside a local film maker Amanda Kindierski. Some past charities that have received the profits of the event have been Camp Aurora, St Francis Place Shelter, and Camp Stepping Stones. This years beneficiary chosen by the board is Nova House, it is the only Womens shelter located in the Interlake region.
