Event
New Belgium Sensory + Cellaring Class
Join us April 25th, 7pm at iTap Central West End for a night with New Belgium's Quality Assurance Guru, Chris, aka professional beer taster!
Training spikes of Diacetyl, Acetic Acid, and Oxidation will be provided and you will be walked through New Belgiums 5 Step Sensory Evaluation including retro-nasal evaluation. This is perfect for anyone studying for their Cicerone, anyone trying to step up their beer nerd game, or if you simply want to expand your palate!
Chris will also explain the best ways to cellar beer as well as which beers are worth hanging on to those few extra months (or years!)
Show off your knowledge with a taste-test at the end of the night for your chance to win some brag-worthy New Belgium Swag!
$12 Includes: - 6 oz pour of Fat Tire - 6oz of "spiked" beer for sensory training - 12 oz of New Belgium's new French Oak Saison - 1 2017 Artful Globe Glass
Additional Information: This is an iTap CWE event only and will be held on the 3rd floor. This is a one night only event: April 25th at 7pm. You are welcome to check in at 6:30pm! Please email Beer@internationaltaphouse.com for additional information!
