2017 Camping Prices *Camping is free for campground volunteers
*Kootenay Country Music Festival tickets or passes must be presented to security before entering the campground. This campground is suitable for tents, vans, RVs, etc. Porta-potties are provided. There will be a shuttle service to and from the festival grounds. There is to be no camping outside the boundary of the campsite.
RV Campsites:
$60 per weekend pass for up to 5 people (includes 3 days of camping and parking on your designated site)
Tent Camping:
$50 per weekend pass for up to 5 people (includes 3 days of camping and 1 parking spot per site)

Kootenay Country Music Festival Campground Camping with your Kootenay Country Music Festival (KCMF) community is to be a wonderful experience that often feels like an escape from reality. Be good to yourself and respect other campers. KCMF would like to remind you to be respectful, kind and caring within the camping community. Please mark your property and take all valuables with you when you leave. KCMF is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Event staff and security will be patrolling the grounds and are to facilitate a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. Please assist them by following their instructions when asked to do so. If you have safety or security concerns please go to the campground entrance where you will find the campground manager and security. In the event of a life threatening emergency call 911.
Camping Options KCMF offers primitive camping services with a shuttle to and from the festival grounds. We offer tenting sites as well as RV sites which will be marked with signage. NO HOOK-UPS AVAILABLE. KCMF can not guarantee a quiet sleep, as there will be hundreds of campers, but we will be implementing a no loud disturbances after 11pm rule. Ear plugs are a cheap and easy solution to guarantee you get a good night sleep.
Participant Responsibilities Everyone has a fun, relaxed time when they know what to expect. Here are some of the really important things we need you to know as a KCMF camper.
-Your presence at the Kootenay Country Music Festival and Festival campground signifies that you agree to these rules. Failure to comply with any of these rules is grounds for eviction without a refund.
-Within the festival campground anyone aged 12 years or younger must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian. With a limit of four minors per adult, who will be held solely responsible for the actions of the minors under his/her care. We reserve the right to ask for proof of age.
-The KCMF does not allow and may confiscate the following: household furniture, amplified music, drum kits, unauthorized generators, glass, pets, anything used for commercial vending, illegal drugs, binge drinking devices, firearms/weapons of any kind, fireworks and other explosives. KCMF may also extinguish any fires.
-Kootenay Country Music Festival will not be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property within the festival campground.
General Info
Minors: 12 years and younger must be accompanied by an adult, to a limit of 4 minors per adult. Remember the parent/guardian is responsible for the minors actions.
Un-serviced Sites: The festival campground will have portapotties and recylcing/trash centers. There will be a small concession stand with drinking water and some basic supplies available for purchase on site. However, we recommend coming fully prepared.
NO FIRES are permitted anywhere in the campgrounds.
Leave No Trace: We operate by the leave no trace principle. Take out what you bring into your campsite and be sure to keep your site clean and tidy for the duration of your stay. This will help to keep a low impact on local wildlife. If you see any wildlife at the campground do not approach and contact security or staff members immediately.
