Chef Jackie Baldwin Memorial Scholarship
A celebration of the culinary arts and a life dedicated to excellence.
In Jackie's memory, the Chef Jackie Baldwin Memorial Scholarship is being created at SCCC Culinary Arts Program. Join us for this inaugural fundraiser to support this worthy cause.
The evening will include more than a dozen exceptional Capital Region chef-sponsored food stations, a culinary student competition, Jackie's favorite homemade pickles, cash bar, silent auction, music, memory table of Jackie's accolades, and a place to write your favorite memories of Jackie.
ABOUT JACKIE
A native of Troy, New York, Jackie Baldwin dedicated her life to service, contribution, and improvement. A pioneer in the restaurant industry, Jackie was a young and eager female in a male dominated profession. Her open heart, kindness and boundless energy was a gift to all who knew her.
Highlights of her career include:
- Hosted dinner at James Beard Foundation in NYC 2006 &2007
- Executive Chef at RPI for 14 years
- Price Chopper Food Manger far 5 years
- House Manager at Steuben Club, 1996
- Executive Chef at Hiland Park Golf Course, 1994
- Executive Chef at L'Ecole Encore, 1990

You can purchase individual tickets for a minimum of $60, or you can purchase a couple of tickets (two at once) for a reduced minimum price of $100.
If you would like to donate additional funds to the scholarship on top of the price of admission, simply change the $ amount in the white price box.
If you would just like to donate to the scholarship without attending the event, fill in the amount on the "Donation Only" line.
