Raise A Glass Holiday Wine Pairing Class for a Cause $45
Chateau Ste. Michelle Culinary Director John Sarich and Westin Bellevue Executive Chef Ivo Sandrea join forces to create a fun, festive small plate menu and instruct in the power of wine pairing, while giving a boost to future Washington winemakers!
Join this two-hour seasonal session deconstructing the chemistry of six small plates and three joyful and hard to find Chateau Ste. Michelle wines: Ethos Merlot, Boreal Syrah and Late Harvest Chenin Blanc.
This event is a benefit for the fifth annual Raise A Glass, Fund a Scholarship program benefit Viticulture and Enology programs at Washington State University and other Northwest universities. Since the program started in 2008, together we have raised over $200,000 for future wine industry professional scholarships.
