A Night of Brazilian Jazz, featuring Legendary Brazilian Trumpet Player, Claudio Roditi with his Quartet.
This Rio born trumpet and flugelhorn player has been on the US jazz scene since the 1970s. Claudio integrates post-bop elements and Brazilian rhythmic concepts with ease and plays with power and lyicism. A Grammy nominee, he has recorded a dozen albums as a leader, and has performed with Herbie Mann, Paquito DRivera, Dizzy Gillespie, Duduka Da Fonseca, and many others.
