Event
LAI November Luncheon 2012
Two of the Bay Area's savviest real estate investors will discuss the challenges of investing in a period of uncertain economic growth, low yields and potentially longer term high inflation environment. Currently exceptionally low interest rates have driven core property yields downward while historically high fiscal and Federal Reserve debt suggest and eventual day of reckoning. They will then present their creative strategies to achieve prudent risk-adjusted returns for their investors in such a market. Moderated by Alan Billingsley, Jim Curtis, Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Bristol Group and John McNellis, Managing Partner and Co-Founder of McNellis, will engage in a free-flowing discussion on their approaches to investment. Jim will provide a national institutional investor perspective while John will reflect a more local market and private investor outlook.
