"PoorBoy Takeover" Tasting
Josh Allen and Kevin Nashan have teamed up in this years Chefs Cycle ride May 16-18 in Santa Rosa, CA. Companion will host a fundraising event on April 24, 2017, to help Peacemakers Chef-Owner, Kevin Nashan, and Josh Allen, Founder-Owner of Companion, raise money for Chefs Cycle benefiting the charity, NO KID HUNGRY. Every two weeks, PEACEMAKER will feature a different Poorboy sandwich created by one of five favorite St. Louis chefs.
On Monday, April 24, 2017, from 6:00 pm-8:30 pm, Josh Allen and Kevin Nashan invite the public to the West STL Companion Cafe to sample the five exclusive Poorboy sandwiches all in one night! In addition, there will be a complimentary RAW bar, craft beers, wine and a silent auction to help raise additional funds. Tickets are $75/per person.
A portion of sales from each Poorboy sandwich sold at Peacemaker will also go towards Chefs Cycle. ABOUT CHEFS CYCLE: Chefs Cycle is a fundraising endurance event featuring award-winning chefs and members of the culinary community-fighting hunger outside the kitchen. To help raise funds and awareness, a three-day, 300-mile ride will take place May 16-18 in Santa Rosa, CA with a goal of 250+ chefs riding to help raise $2M, which translates into 20 million meals for kids facing hunger.
