UU Talks - UUA Headquarters Chapel in Boston
UU Talks Inaugural Event at the UUA
"Twinkle" Marie Manning and Peter Bowden will host the inaugural model talks for the UU Talks Project on Friday, April 28th (7:00pm-9:00pm) at the UUA Headquarters on Farnsworth Street in Boston, MA. Like TED Talks, UU Talks are live events, available also streaming online and television. The theme for the first UU Talks event is "Collaboration" and will feature a diverse line-up of speakers. Each will speak about topics aligned with UU Values and Experiences.
This Model UU Talks event will provide an example as to how congregations and UU organizations around the globe can effectively host their own UU Talks in their locations. UU Talks is an ideal tool to create the ability for host congregations and organizations to enhance their fundraising incomes, community outreach, and publicity. This project fortifies our interconnectedness as we strive to grow Unitarian Universalism.
