House Concert: Greg Blake Trio

Originally from West Virginia, Greg Blake is one of the true Appalachian stars of modern bluegrass. Last year, Greg's debut solo album "Songs of Heart and Home" ranked #10 of Roots Music Report's "Best of 2016" Traditional Bluegrass Albums. Greg also brings his voice and guitar as part of the nationally-renowned band Jeff Scroggins and Colorado. When he's not playing with that group, Greg showcases his musical heritage with smaller ensembles. On this PNW tour, he'll be joined by award-winning fiddler Ellie Hakanson and Isaac Callender for an unforgettable sound. Hakanson won 1st place at the 2016 Telluride Bluegrass Festival's fiddling competition, a high honor in the field.

This will be an acoustic show in a private residence in Tacoma, WA. The address will be shared with ticket buyers as well as a contact phone number for any questions. The show will have open seating, and children are welcome if they can sit and listen quietly for two sets. Seating is limited to 30.

Tickets: sliding scale $15 - $20 per person (this trio works hard to make a living as independent musicians, so if you can afford to pay $20 for this wonderful evening, you'll be ensuring some extra good karma!
