Boot camp, skills competition and scrimmage
Were hosting a Fresh meat/ medium rare boot camp, skills competition and Scrimmage on April 1st, 2017 from 2pm-9pm and would love to invite skaters of all levels from your league to participate.
Boot camp will be geared more towards fresh meat and medium rare skills sets but advanced skaters are welcome to join as a refresher.
The skills competition and scrimmage will be open to medium rare and advanced skaters only but fresh meat are encouraged to stay and cheer their teammates on or volunteer to NSO for the scrimmage.
The itinerary will be as follows:
Registration: 1:30pm
Boot camp will start at 2pm and run until 4pm.
break 4-5
Skills competition 5-6
Break 6-7
Scrimmage 7:00-9:00 (half an hour half time)
Scrimmage will be black and white jerseys with a Mad Hatter vs White rabbit theme- all skaters to bring jerseys with numbers on both black and white shirts. Teams to be drafted one week before the event to give time for boutfit prep and will consist of mixed medium rare and advanced skaters in true scrimmage format. Scrimmaging players must have scrimmaged and/ or bouted in the last year.
Boot camp attendees must have WFTDA insurance to attend.
Prices:
10$ for boot camp
10$ for scrimmage/skills competition
15$ for all 3.
We will be opening the skills competition and scrimmage to friends and family.
Spectator tickets are $5
