The Alchemy of Interconnectedness
Given the political and social climates of today, how do we make sense of these circumstances within the context of a larger scheme of interconnectedness to ourselves, each other, and to Nature?

How do we see beyond the darkness of a given period of time towards a brighter period to come that is connected to a universal pattern pervading all things at all levels?

How do we apply today what the ancient alchemists of spiritual transformation knew about universal forces and how they were used to bring about great change in the Self and in the world?

This course, The Alchemy of Interconnectedness, provides a forum space to explore these questions using the ancient principles of transformational and laboratory alchemy handed down through the ages from ancient Egypt, through Medieval Europe, to the modern day. Interconnectivity is the key to understanding that all transformation that happens in human situations follows the same pathway that has been laid out by Nature since the dawn of the Universe. Alchemy is the study of this universal transformation process.

This highly interactive program is a series of consecutive workshops, each devoted to one of the seven alchemical operations and its corresponding purpose, benefit, and symbology, while highlighting practical applications for today's modern interpersonal and social issues.  The learning objectives for this series are as follows:

1. To understand a universal progression of evolution that is present in
nature (and therefore in human personal and societal transformation)

2. To be able to comprehend the alchemical stage in one's own current
situation (or situations, as this can apply to many levels of living),
whether it be emotionally, financially, spiritually, mentally, physically, politically,
etc. and how to anticipate and prepare for the stage that will follow

3. To take away from these sessions tools (meditations, exercises,
resource materials) that can be used at any time to understand the power of
alchemy for deep personal transformation and support through difficult, as
well as uplifting times

4. To provide a safe and sacred space, affording room for listening,
sharing, and bond-building within the virtual and physical classroom

5. And above all, to have fun and to get to know each other better!

These sessions will be a series of 7 workshops over a period of 7 months
(one session per month). Each session will involve discussion/sharing,
storytelling, practical activities (including meditation, and laboratory
work), readings and other resources, establishment of sacred space,
ritual, and the implementation of precautionary measures. You will get
the most benefit by attending all 7 sessions.

Once you have registered, you will receive an email with more information and online resources that will prepare you for the first session on May 4.
All sessions will be held on the first Thursday of the month, from 7:00pm-9:00pm
