Cheesemonger Invitational

What happens when we take the best cheesemongers from around the country and put them in one room? The Cheesemonger Invitational. Think Burning Man meets Fight Club for Cheese. Some say it is the funkiest party in the milky way. We believe it is cheese nirvana while you watch america's best cheesemongers battle it out with cheese.

Purchasing Early Birdy ticket gets you into the event at 6:00 PM where it is all you can eat cheese from the best cheese makers from around the world. There will be fondue. There will be raclette. There will be grilled cheese sandwiches. Best of all, there will be perfect bites of cheese curated by every cheesemonger competing in the competition. Every monger was given a big chunk of cheese and they had to create perfect bites using any ingredient they want. It is basically 50 different wild, amazing, super cheesy amuse bouche's.

Purchasing a VIP ticket gets you into the event one hour early (5:00 PM) and immediately upon arrival.
