Come dance with Boris and hear their fresh new versions of songs by James Brown, Aretha Franklin, Wilson Pickett and others.
Vocals by Roderick Overman and Josie Colby are backed by driving lines from an all-star horn section consisting of David Bernhardt on trumpet, Eric Lindberg on tenor sax, Steve Montague on trombone, and James Myles on baritone sax. The "Foundation of Funk" rhythm section includes the talents of Mark Colombo on guitar, Frank Heye on drums, Stephen Kennedy on bass, and Kim Saunders on keyboards.
