David Sedaris at Boswell on June 7 for "Theft by Finding"
Hurrah! David Sedaris has a new book!
As close to an actual memoir as possible, "Theft by Finding" features Sedaris's entries from the diaries he's kept since 1977. Devoted fans have wondered about the moments that are revealed in these pages: meeting Hugh, the first book deal (and tour), Sharon Sedaris's death, and his decision to stop drinking.
Yes, this is the place to buy tickets for the Boswell talk for David Sedaris's new book, "Theft by Finding: Diaries (1977-2002)" on Wednesday, June 7, 7 pm. $29.50 includes admission to the talk, a copy of "Theft by Finding," and all taxes and fees.
This will be followed by an absolutely free signing. You can bring your books from home. Mr. Sedaris will sign (and personalize!) anything he has written, including magazine articles, but he will not sign any books penned by other writers. And yes, Boswell will remain open until everyone has a chance to meet Mr. Sedaris.
