From the music Betty Carter sang during the 50s with the Lionel Hampton Orchestra, to her time with Ray Bryant, King Pleasure, Ray Charles and then to the very famous Betty Carter Trio. There was, and forever will be, only one Betty Carter. ButJackie will bring you some of her flavor and spirit as a tribute to this great jazz icon.
