On April 2nd, we will have the privilege of hearing a discussion with women who are members of the Muslim community as they share about their lives living in the US. Well be discussing topics such as How you practice your faith and what it means to you; raising children in a predominantly non-Muslim culture; your goals and work, and sharing of experiences as part of American society.
Following the discussion, there will be tea with refreshments prepared by the wonderful cooks of Syria and time for conversation. A donation for the work of Vashon Resettlement Committee is requested. To help us plan, please RSVP
