Grand Galla Tasting
The Pinnacle of our weekend of pig inspired events is the Grand Galla Tasting. Join chefs from around the country and from the Harbor view Hotel, as they prepare a 5 course tasting menu consisting artisan style charcuterie, roasted pork and delectable desserts. The event will also feature speaches from local caterer and food activist Jan Buhrman, chef, Aaron Oster & Cure Master Francois Vecchio.
The cost of participation is only equal to the benefits expected.
