Treatment of Trauma Where Substance Abuse is Present
SUMMARY: A clients history of substance abuse can present a number of clinical questions and paths to healing in trauma therapy. Using three case examples, this interactive training will illustrate and demonstrate the clinical thought process in assessment and treatment with a variety of clients. Take an in-depth look into the process of case formulation and treatment planning, and watch a demonstration of a session of prolonged exposure therapy.
