Chef Guided tour of the Vista Farmers Market Cooking Class Demo & Tasting - March 2017
I am bring back my cooking demonstrations . . . please join us on 3/18/17 for a cooking demonstration of recipes featured at the Vista Farmer's Market Wellness Event.
For the past ten months, I have featured many tasty treats at the Vista Farmer's Market monthly Wellness Event. I am always asked if I will be teaching a class. Now that I have a venue, the classes are back. Our recipes will feature in season foods and the menu will vary depending on what the Farmer's Market seasonal items are available.
Recipes and tastings will be offered for this class are
Sweet n Sour Cabbage with Apples (March 2017),
Salade Niçoise (March 2017), and
Pesto Pasta Primavera (March 2017)
We will meet at the Vista Farmers Market at 11:30 am, as to shop for an hour and then drive to Vista Manor where the cooking class will be held in the Club House from 1 to 3.
