"Don't Die Of Constipation" A Comedy Show about Letting Go
Fears are the constipation of the soul. As humans, we hold on to so many of them. Men fear commitment. Women fear getting their period on vacation. Old people fear Twitter. We all fear something. But what if we took a moment to look at our fears and decided to not be afraid anymore?
The topic of the night is letting go - otherwise known as relieving the proverbial constipation of our lives. Join Aastha as she takes you on a comedic journey through the realm of letting go and ultimately setting sail towards unbridled potential. Aastha wont be able to get your boyfriend to commit, or coordinate your menstrual cycle, but she WILL help your mom learn how to tweet.
Get ready for a comedy show like no other. Dont miss it!

ABOUT AASTHA LAL
Born and raised in Queens, New York, Aastha Lal has performed stand-up comedy on hundreds of stages in Canada, U.S., U.K., and Hong Kong.
She is trained in television acting under the guidance of the iconic Jennifer Gibson, as well as Improvisational Acting, Stand-Up Comedy and Comedy Writing from the world-renowned Second City. Aastha has been known for bringing her audiences to tears from laughing at her sitcom-esque life experiences and hilarious impressions.
Wanting to take her craft to new heights, Aastha decided to combine her love for humour and desire to influence positive change, and founded Goodness & Giggles (www.goodnessandgiggles.com), a speaking company that combines stand-up comedy and motivational speaking.

The We're Funny That Way Festival is a fundraiser for the We're Funny That Way Foundation which aims to give transformational gifts to queer charities across Canada.
