Ecstatic Equinox Music & Chant with Global Vocalist Gina Salá & Friends
Global Vocalist Gina Salá, with performance credits ranging from Cirque du Soleil to the U.N., will be offering an exquisite, heart-opening evening of global chants and music at 7:00 pm, Friday, March 18th the Fort Warden Chapel, in Port Townsend.
Gina Sal weaves participatory chants, evocative songs, and stories together on Saturday evening, that let the mind rest in the heart like a bee in a flower, while the grooves inspire some to dance. No experience needed, all are welcome to come sing, chant, or rest back in the music. Gina will be joined Saturday night by Bill Moyer on tabla and percussion and special guests David Michael on harp and Port Townsend cellist, Maryann Tapiro.
