This two-day seminar is a great opportunity to prepare for the EVP certification exam. The EVP certification is one of AACE's most recognizable certifications

Presenters:

Michael R. "Mike" Morrison, CCP, FAACE

Mr. Morrison has over fifty-years of successful experience in management consulting, construction consulting, including cost estimating, scheduling, cost control, earned value management, value engineering, and developing methodologies. In recent years, he has been involved in several multi-billion dollar programs in various roles, serving as a subject matter expert in leading constructability reviews and risk analysis/assessments. Member of several professional societies and former president of four local chapters; he is a former president of the Puget Sound Engineering Council (an umbrella society of 14,000 scientists and engineers); founder of two sections for AACEI; past member of national Board of Directors; past member of Oregon State Construction Education Foundation. He taught construction cost estimating at Edmonds Community College for 9 years.

Charles F. Lappenbusch, Jr., MBA, CCP, EVP, PSP;

Mr. Lappenbusch has over 30 years of project management and financial experience related to infrastructure projects, including his work ad Director of Development for a new town of 17,000 residences to include all the public and private infrastructures.  His emphasis is cost control processes, monitoring and integration with Critical Path Scheduling, Earned Value Method, Risk Analysis and writing reports focused to the desired levels of management. He aligns and allocates budgets to applicable WBS levels that support roll up and drill down analysis. He offers his services through Charles Lappenbusch Consulting LLC

For the two-full days seminar:
Members fee: $250
Non-members fee: $300

This is early registration fee. Last day to register is April 9th 2017. After this date there will be additional $50 added to the fee. The maximum attendance for this event is thirty (30) people. Please sign-up early to reserve your spot. No refunds within two weeks of the event.

Meals:
The fee includes refreshments, morning snack, lunch and afternoon snack on both days
