ARTS ENCOUNTER, SWAN LAKE, ages 7 - 10

Monday to Thursday, from 1:00 - 3:00pm
Your young dancers will explore a different story ballet each week culminating in a Thursday family performance.
The children will use improvisation, basic movement concepts, folk dance, and classical ballet to recreate the story ballets. Your children will design and construct costumes, props, and scenery to enhance their production.
At snack time, well explore a different culture and era while we try foods from around the world.
With this introduction to classical ballet, magical ballerinas change to swans at night.
To the music of Tchaikovsky, both dancers and audience will be hypnotized by their beauty.
