From the Horse's Mouth
Conceived and directed by Tina Croll and James Cunningham, From the Horse's Mouth celebrates "the heart and history of dance" with outstanding dancers and choreographers of all ages and traditions, performing together and telling their extraordinary personal stories. A uniquely staged improvisation that brings all ages, genres and all intents around dance to the stage. It has been performed nationwide with local and nationally known artists. In bringing this production to Boston, along with other elements of this "25 & Dancing On" year, The Dance Complex celebrates Boston's rich dance history, and the vibrant and diverse dance community both within our building and throughout the Greater Boston area.
ON FRIDAY, MAY 5: Special for ArtWeek, join us for a talk-back with our performers including Danielle Davidson of Doppelganger, Margot Parsons, as well as creators Tina Croll and James Cunningham. Enjoy a champagne reception and a complimentary drink in beautiful Studio 7.
