Kensington Singers - Summer Term 2017
This is payment for the Summer Term 2017 for Kensington Singers. Rehearsals will be every Monday at St Philip's Church Hall, Earls Court, 7.00pm-8.45pm. Term begins on the 24th April and there will be a half term break on the 29th May.
Our summer repertoire is themed around jazz and includes some compositions written especially for you!
Our end of term concert is on Thursday 13th July at St Johns Clerkenwell. There will be a dress rehearsal on Tuesday 11th July at St Mary-at-hill. Other performances may be scheduled.

Please buy a ticket for the section you sing in; soprano is higher female, and alto is lower female. Tenor is higher male and bass is lower male - if you are unsure don't worry, we can help you at your first rehearsal - just select either if you don't know.
If you are bringing a new man who joins you will receive a discounted rate of £150 for two. You must both join the choir at the same time.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 1) There are no refunds on membership fees.
2) Singers should be able to commit to attending 70% or more of rehearsals in order to perform in the end of term concerts and are asked to sign the register at rehearsals each week.
3) We normally perform without music. Singers are asked to put in a little bit of time outside of rehearsals to memorise words. There is usually a little bit of homework each week to revise a couple of songs to ensure we are making progress at each rehearsal. MP3s are supplied to help with learning.
4) Some of our performances (particularly outdoors/Christmas carols) involve singing our 'rolling rep' (choir favourites) in addition to the current terms set pieces. Singers are required to ensure they read the weekly newsletter and communicate with us regarding any additional resources or learning.
