Mecklenburg Grand Rounds:From where we stand: Social Determinants of Health and member/clinician intersectionality
Given the incredible diversity and complexity of an ever-changing society, it is essential to consider how various social factors influence health outcomes and service delivery. This Grand Rounds will define social determinants of health and discuss their impact on an individual, group, and systems level. It also will ask participants to explore their experience of social determinants and the impact on them as professionals and clinicians. The discussion will be led by Aubry Hildebrandt, PhD, Integrated Care Strategist and Jennifer Thomas, PhD, UM Psychologist.
