Fieldwork Brewing Co. Beer & Tapas Dinner at Aatxe
Aatxe welcomes our friends from Fieldwork Brewing Co. for a special collaboration dinner! Join us in our private dining space, The Cider House, for a five-course meal featuring dishes inspired by the Basque region of Spain, paired with a mouthwatering list of craft brews from Fieldwork, inspired by the Bay Area.
Guests will enjoy off-menu items created specifically to complement Fieldwork's locally-crafted brews, while learning about pairing beer and food. Chef Ryan Pollnow has created a tasting menu that will begin with pintxos, continue with waves of tapas and shared plates, finishing with a traditional cheese course and a sweet dessert. Beer wise, you will journey through a spectrum of flavors, from refreshing pilsners and farmhouse ales to west coast pales, sours and rich stouts.
For either food lovers or beer connoisseurs, this evening will be an unforgettable opportunity to go behinds the scenes and into the minds of brewers and chefs.
