Wisconsin Foodie and Driftless Cafe Present a Farm Dinner at St. Brigid's Meadow Farm
WISCONSIN FOODIE & THE DRIFTLESS CAFE DINNER COLLABORATION AT ST. BRIGIDS MEADOWS FARM
Join us on Saturday, July 22nd as we travel to the beautiful Driftless region of Wisconsin and experience a magical 7-course dinner prepared by Luke Zahm of the Driftless Cafe. This meal will be served on the certified Organic Farm, of Vince and Dawn Hundt. This farm is set on the ridgetop overlooking the picturesque Norskedalen Valley below.
This past February, Luke was a semi-finalist for a James Beard nomination, which put his passion and dedication to local food on the national stage. He has also been named a two-time Local Hero by Edible Madison and is a frequent guest on Wisconsin Foodie.
Luke, staying true to his style, has created a 7-course dinner menu with wine pairings to highlight the farm, and the very best the Driftless region has to offer. He has also invited local artisans featured on the menu, to join in this unique experience.
This is your chance to taste all that the Driftless Region has to offer AND meet some of the familiar faces seen on Wisconsin Foodie episodes.
Reception begins 4:30 p.m. Live music from local musicians Cocktails mixed with Wisco Pop Beer from Driftless Brewing Company
Local artisans with pop-up shops Kickapoo Coffee St. Brigid Meadows eggs, meat, and cheese available to purchase Wisco Pop
Dinner begins at 6:00 p.m.
