120 DINER SUNDAY CABARET SERIES: Daniel Abrahamson - "Meanwhile"
Daniel is a veteran performer and tenacious composer/lyricist/producer who's responsible for several notorious hit musicals in Toronto over the last decade, including "Funny Business", "Act Now", "Hugh and I", and "Girl's End". Meanwhile, he's also responsible for several failed hit relationships. In never-before-heard, un-debuted material, take an inside look behind the phoniness, into the private musical moments, only shared with his now orphaned cats. With special guest appearances from other notable Toronto creators and performers, "Meanwhile" is a raw, candid, vulnerable probe into the racing mind and duct taped heart of a seasoned storyteller, and a decade of tales that are too real for the stage. Come with a curious, voyeuristic spirit, and leave with a deeper understanding of what's gone down between the scenes.
(Choose the $30 option at check out to see both shows in our Sunday Cabaret Series - Tracy Michailidis: A Touch of the Moon will start at 6pm.)
