Discover why whisky and cheese is a match made in single malt heaven. Jordan Zimmerman, Edrington's NY Brand Ambassador and former Murray's Cheese Education Manager, will expertly guide you through this mouthwatering pairing experience. You will learn how to complement Scotch whiskies with artisanal cheeses. Signature cocktail, four whiskies and four cheeses provided.

You will nose and taste the following selections:
- The Macallan 10 year Fine Oak paired with Vermont Creamery Cremont
- Highland Park 12 year paired with Clothbound Cheddar
- The Macallan Rare Cask paired with Two Sisters Isabella Gouda
- Famous Grouse Black Grouse paired with Fourme d'Ambert

PAYMENT, REFUND, AND TICKET TRANSFERRAL POLICIES
To register for any class at The Flatiron Room, payment in full is required at the time of registration. Credit may be issued for a future class by emailing a written request to Evelina at Evelina@TheFlatironRoom.com at least 7 days prior to class date. Or you can transfer your space in the class to a friend, family member or colleague. Simply email Evelina@TheFlatironRoom.com with the name of your substitute.
