Cardinal Innovations-Level II TFC Child Referral Tool Webinar
Cardinal Innovations has improved its Level II TFC Child Residential Tracking Tool to allow for an automated referral and response process that will give our TFC Providers control of the referral data responsive to Standard No. 8(b) under the TFC Provider Standards Program. As you know, Standard 8(b) tracks overall responsiveness to referrals and measures whether each TFC Provider responds to referrals within three business days. The new Tracking Tool will make the data reviewed under Standard 8(b) more reliable and entirely within providers control while creating a data trail for use in scoring.
This Webinar is not mandatory, but be aware that Providers will be expected to know how to use the new version of the Level II TFC Child Residential Tracking Tool beginning April 1, 2017. Scoring for the 4th quarter of FY17 may be impacted to the extent that they do not.
