Begin the afternoon with a tour of the farm and learn about Rushing Waters' sustainable fish farming practices.
President of Rushing Waters, Peter Fritsch will lead the group along the farm's beautiful forest and valleys at the edge of the Southern Kettle Moraine State Forest.
He will show the group how to forage for tasty and exclusive seasonal morels.
Following the foraging, the group will return to the Trout House restaurant to enjoy a delicious five-course morel dinner featuring their signature Trout Almandine.
This is a fantastic opportunity to spend time in nature and enjoy some fine food!

First Course Morel mushroom, asparagus, artichoke, vidalia onion and drunken goat cheese flatbread
Second Course Spring pasta with sweet sugar snap peas, morel mushrooms, gulf shrimp and fresh garden herbs tossed with capellini pasta in a light cream sauce.
Third Course Pan seared Rushing Waters' Rainbow Trout almandine with heirloom tomatoes, morel mushrooms, sweet lemon basil, oregano, and finished with a dill citrus buerre blanc sauce.
Fourth Course Beef Tenderloin in chardonnay morel mushroom cream sauce.
