Presented by the Scleroderma Foundation, Greater Chicago Chapter.
Join us for a day of learning and networking as experts discuss advancements in scleroderma treatment, how to improve your day-to-day wellness and more! You'll also have the opportunity to meet other patients and caregivers, and to get answers from medical experts working in the field of scleroderma treatment.
