Meat Week Prix Fixe Dinner with Special Guest Christian Drouin of B. United
Welcome to Meat Week NYC 2012! On Monday, November 5th, Jimmy's No. 43 will be celebrating with Christian Drouin of Calvados and B. United. He will be pairing these carnivore dishes (guest chef TBA)with his favorite ciders, and we'll be adding in a few craft brews in addition. Some of the ciders Christian will be pouring (subject to availability):

Beef Carpaccio with wild watercress, roasted pears
Beef Shabu with dried anchovies and Sriracha
Queso chorizo, a spicy ground beef with melted cheddar
Flank steak "chimichurri"
Rustic apple tart w/beef fat crust
$45 covers your meal and visiting with Christian (tax, tip, additional beverages not included). Be sure to join us for this all-beef dinner with one seating at 7 p.m.
