BAAY Presents: East of the Sun and West of the Moon
This Norwegian folk tale is transformed by BAAY students ages 9-12 this March! In the story, a princess who has fallen on hard times must travel to a kingdom "East of the Sun and West of the Moon" to rescue her best friend from trolls. Her dangerous quest is aided by powerful friends and unlikely allies. Directed by BAAY Executive Director Ian Bivins, this show explores puppetry effects, and a physical approach to acting and character creation. The performances will also feature an original live sound score created by Evan Ingalls and Damian Cade.
