Smoke + Stretch is a guided meditation and yoga series with Women.Weed.WiFi. In the first half of the class we will go over different herbs you can incorporate into your smoking routine and how to incorporate smoking into your meditation practice. The first section ends with a guided group smoking meditation ( we will have herbal cigarettes available for purchase at event) led by Kenya Kush. The second half of class will be a grounding yoga routine led by J-Nasty.
