1st Course- Salad
Wine: Waitsburg Cellars 2014 Three Red Blend (Columbia Valley, Washington) Food Pairing: Duck Confit Salad with arugula, dried berries, Roquefort cheese, toasted hazelnuts, & sour cherry vinaigrette 2nd Course Entrée
Wine: Saviah Cellars 2015 The Jack Chardonnay (Columbia Valley, Washington) Food Pairing: Sablefish wrapped in cedar paper served with stinging nettle gnocchi & brown butter sauce
