Governing Your Seniors Organization in a Changing World: A Board-to-Board Discussion
Not-for-profit organizations are operating in an increasingly complex environment. As boards lead their organizations, outside demands can take organizations into less familiar territory. Edmonton Chamber of Voluntary Organizations Director Russ Dahms will talk briefly about trends that boards may be experiencing and will ask for your perceptions about what this looks like in seniors agencies.
The goal of this session will be to determine if there are specific supports that you and your board colleagues would find helpful. Between ESCC and ECVO we may be able to organize further sessions tailored to meet your board governance needs.
This session is for board members of ESCC member organizations and will provide an opportunity for you to network with board members from other seniors organizations.
