ABOUT OUR SPEAKER:

John Hull was appointed Deputy Commissioner of the State of Tennessee Real Estate Asset Management Division (STREAM) in February 2015. He is responsible for Tennessees General Government Real Estate, including capital projects, leasing, space planning and design, strategic planning, and facilities management. Prior to joining state government, John practiced law and owned a company providing international logistics services for eight years. In addition, he served as the Senior VP of Operations for a division of Citicorp Venture Capital for nine years and for Clarks Companies NA for fourteen years.

John will be speaking on the following topics:

1. New Tennessee State Museum EOA Architects will assist me in this discussion
2. Cordell Hull building Centric Architects will assist
3. Real Estate Strategy for General Government will provide the overview of the strategic plans for the State to include a discussion about Alternative Workplace Solutions (AWS) that greatly impacts our plans. Reen Baskin, our Director of AWS and Jen Murphy, our Exec. Director of Strategy and Workplace Planning will assist with the AWS portion.
4. State Architect position.
