Our Pairings 101 classes help you hone your tasting and pairings skills to give you the confidence to match wine with food at every meal.
**Please note: This is a small plate pairing experience, with an emphasis on learning about pairing complimentary and contrasting flavors.**

Mezze plate - Tabbouleh, sundried tomato hummus, toasted walnuts, grapes, and roasted red peppers
2nd - Pissaladière with native greens, cucumber, olives, and tomato, fresh herb vinaigrette
3rd - Chicken Tagine with cauliflower & parmesan couscous
4th - Portokalopita, (Greek orange pie)
