Menu: First - Native mesclun greens with wood-grilled shrimp with an herbed vinaigrette Second - Gulf coast cioppino made with mussels, cherry stone clams, and haddock in a rich tomato broth Third - Slacked and grilled salmon with apple brown butter relish over sautéed greens Fourth - Maine Coast Irish moss panna cotta with caramel
