Jonna Rivers and Charlotte Woodford are creative, playful facilitators who work expertly and intuitively with the transformative power of the voice. Expect the effects of the retreat to be long lasting and deep as you open the door to your vocal versatility and authentic self, and experience profound freedom, love and creative energy.
During the workshops there will be the opportunity to explore your voice within the large group, smaller groups or even individually if you would like to. Colour (with paints and pastels), movement, listening, deep connection, visualisation, meditation and breathwork will be woven through the week to support the blooming of your relationship with your voice and your magical, internal world. During your free-time you are invited to enjoy delicious, nourishing food and the beautiful environment. Step straight into the forest and stunning hills and valleys, take advantage of the gym, sauna, dipping pond, generous living space, wi-fi and large screens, experiment with paints or baking, or try the canoes. Spend time in community or savouring the quiet, and bring your heart to a place of nurture, openness, relaxation and discovery.
Luxury All-Inclusive Retreat Prices: £649 shared room, £849 single room. Prices include all workshops, sauna, gym, canoes, home-cooked meals, art materials, beautiful en suite bedrooms and all other resources while you are at Garth Barns. The deposit is £249.
