Center Stage Play-a-thon

Center Stage Players in collaboration with Center Stage Theater presents "Center Stage Play-a-thon" March 23 - 26, 2017.

Main Stage will feature THE SHADOW BOX on March 23 & 24 at 7p.

Spotlight Room will feature CROOKED on March 25 & 26 at 5p.

Black Box will feature MATT & BEN on March 25 at 7p & 26 at 3p.

Center Stage Play-a-thon ticket includes one ticket to each production for $20 per person. Individual show tickets are available for $12 per show per person.

About THE SHADOW BOX: In this compelling dramatic triptych, three terminal cancer patients dwell in separate cottages on a hospital's grounds. The three are attended and visited by family and close friends: Agnes and her mother Felicity, estranged further by the latter's dementia; Brian and Beverly, whose marital complications are exacerbated by Brian's new lover, Mark; and Joe and Maggie, unready for the strain of Joe's impending death and its effect on their teenage son.

About CROOKED: Fourteen year old Laney arrives in Oxford, Mississippi with a twisted back, a father in crisis and a burning desire to be writer. When she befriends Maribel Purdy, a fervent believer in the power of Jesus Christ to save her from the humiliations of high school, Laney embarks on a hilarious spiritual and sexual journey that challenges her father's secular worldview and threatens to tear their fragile relationship apart.

About MATT & BEN: Matt & Ben by Mindy Kaling & Brenda Withers, depicts its Hollywood golden boys before J-Lo, before Gwyneth, before Project Greenlight, before Oscar...before anyone actually gave a damn. When the screenplay for Good Will Hunting drops mysteriously from the heavens, the boys realize they're being tested by a Higher Power.
