BIG LOVE, by Charles Mee is a fun, funny, and surprisingly poignant look at the age-old battle of the sexes. Based on what is believed to be the first surviving play, "The Suppliant women" by Aeschylus, Big Love takes place in Greece in one day, the day on which 50 brides are supposed to marry 50 brothers. The brides escape, the grooms pursue them by helicopter, wedding gifts get smashed, and in the end.... Well, you'll have to come see for yourself!
Run time: 1 hour, 30 minutes, no intermission.
