Don Quixote is adapted from the original classic Spanish story by Miguel de Cervantes. The story follows Don Quixote, middle-aged gentleman from the region of La Mancha. Obsessed with the chivalrous ideals touted in books he has read, he decides to take up his lance and sword and travel the countryside with his hapless squire, Sancho to defend the helpless and destroy the wicked to win over the heart of the fair Dulcinea.
