"Kaiseki" is one of the styles of Japanese cuisine, a course style Japanese cuisine made of various seasonal ingredients and cooked by variety of cooking methods. With monthly theme based on Japanese culture, the Kaiseki chef, Hiro Tawara will serve you a beautiful and delicious 5 course dishes including a dessert. The theme of February event will be "Last day of winter (Setsubun)".
