Children's Workshop: The Art of Fermentation
Kids can explore the culinary science of fermentation in a hands-on workshop with Chef Ernest Miller. Using fresh vegetables, they'll learn how to make Italian "giardiniera" and Mexican "escabeche", two tangy (and healthy) pickled condiments that are delicious on sandwiches, burgers, and more. Ages 7-12. Members: $35 Non-Members: $45. Fee includes one accompanying adult.
Class is held in the Ahmanson Classroom. Please check in with Huntington staff at the Botanical Center.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Refunds will be issued only if cancellation is made at least 5 days prior to the event. Cancellations made within 5 days of the event will not be refunded.
